Your privacy, respected.
A plain-language summary of what we collect and why. Questions? Email info@sunflow.ca.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter — such as your name, phone, email, postal code and information about your property and project. We also note which page you arrived on and how you found us, so we can understand which outreach works.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, prepare your proposal and provide the services you ask for. We don't sell your information.
Who can see it
The SunFlow team members handling your request, and the service providers we use to run our business (for example, email and project management tools), who are bound to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@sunflow.ca or calling 647-706-9908.
Cookies & storage
This site uses your browser's storage to remember a quote request you haven't finished and to skip the intro animation on repeat visits. It doesn't use advertising cookies.
